Where the date of expiry of the trademark has been elapsed and the proprietor of the trademark wishes to renew within 6 months of the expiry of the trademark, he is required to pay a surcharge of Rs. 4,500 along with the basic renewal fees of Rs. 9,000. This fees is accompanied with an attorney fees of Rs. 900/-.

Expired Long-ago

18,900/ month

Where the date of expiry of trademark has elapsed for more than 6 months, the trademark is deemed to be stuck off and is required to be restored along with the requisite renewal. In this case, the restoration fee of Rs. 9,000 is paid in addition to the renewal fees. This fees is accompanied with an attorney fees of Rs. 900/-.
